That shining light on the horizon—
It glows because it holds you somewhere within.
The many lights that feel so nostalgic—
They feel that way because you are there, in one of them.
Come, let’s set out—packing a slice of bread,
A knife, a lamp, and a bag.
The burning passion my father left behind,
The loving gaze my mother gave me.
The Earth spins, holding you within,
Shining eyes, twinkling lights.
The Earth spins, carrying you along,
Carrying us, destined to meet someday.
The burning passion my father left behind,
The loving gaze my mother gave me.
The Earth spins, holding you within,
Shining eyes, twinkling lights.
The Earth spins, carrying you along,
Carrying us, destined to meet someday.
