A single glass bead was dropped; chasing after it, another fell
In a patch of sunlight meant for one, only one remains
When a heart begins to beat, humans take up space whether they want to or not
Protecting it continuously so it won’t be stolen
Even hands kept unsoiled appeared stained
Before doubting memories, I am doubted by memory itself
Surely we will meet, using the sound of the same heartbeat as our guide
“I am here,” I am calling out to you always
When tired reasons overlap and waver
We will learn the meaning of being born
As long as existence continues, we inevitably take up space
Two cannot quite fit into a patch of sunlight meant for one
A single glass bead was dropped; when it fell, it pushed something out
In the space taken by force, it bathed in the light
The footsteps counted, before realizing it, are nothing more than numbers
What we must learn lies somewhere between 1 and 0
For the first time we will meet, using the flag of the same scream as our guide
Don’t forget, I am calling out to you always
When the two of us bury our accumulated reasons
A promise will be made
We are mirrors to each other
To reflect our respective karma
By touching with our stained hands
We understand each other’s form
I am here, I can truly feel you
In a patch of sunlight meant for one person, we exist
Don’t forget, I am calling out to you always from the inside of the same glass bead
That’s right, surely we will meet when we erect a cross upon the reasons we submerged
The promise will be fulfilled
We will become one
