I’ve made you cry before; even when I was cold to you,
As long as we have the feeling of wanting to be close, that’s enough.
To me, you’re the last “Lady” I’ll ever need.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
If the spark between us fades and your eyes turn distant,
And memories pile up with no one to share them with…
If we’re left speechless, then love has come to an end.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Smile more, Baby—innocently, on my mind.
Shine more, Baby—beautifully, in your sight.
As the sun sets on a day that brings tears…
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Even if you were to vanish somewhere far away,
I want to remember everything you’ve done for me.
Even the frustration feels just right with you.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Smile more, Baby—innocently, on my mind.
Shine more, Baby—beautifully, in your sight.
With a heart mixed with sleet…
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Smile more, Baby—innocently, on my mind.
Shine more, Baby—beautifully, in your sight.
After the words that made you cry…
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Ellie, my love so sweet.
Ellie, my love.
Ellie.
